ALFA

This vertical, intermittent-motion machine produces single-serve stick packs for powders, granulars and pumpable products. A 24-lane output, with auger, cup, and liquid filling options, delivers up to 100 units per minute, per lane! Stick packs can be formed, filled and sealed with a fin seal or three-side seal, using paper, film or foil rollstock.

Fres-co offers a complete packaging line with Alfa Series. Cartoning and collating equipment can be integrated to enable seamless packaging, counting, stacking, carto forming/erecting, and carton closing. An in-line checkweighing option enables real-time quality control data collection. The entire line requires only one operator.
